This image is a composite : the glass and the orange slice have been assembled in Photoshop.
I through a coin into the glass to get this effect (150-200 times before getting the right image). The lighting on the glass was quite simple : an flash positioned at camera right (45°  .For the orange slice, i used a shoot-through umbrella. |
